Sorenson Technology Park includes more than 550 acres of high-quality industrial space in three locations: 350-plus acres at the intersection of California Avenue and Bangerter Highway; 150 acres at 5600 West and 700 South; and 52 acres at Airport Road and 7000 South. Sorenson Technology Park hosts multiple national manufacturing, distribution and transportation companies. The Bangerter Highway site features a new Class A, cross-dock, 122,000 square-foot distribution center/warehouse facility.
Sorenson Research Park is a 120-plus-acre office park located in Salt Lake City at 4500 South and 700 West. The park is composed of 10 Class A office buildings of approximately 700,000 square feet providing occupancy for a variety of Fortune 500 clients. Tenants at the park include a number of reputable companies, including Sorenson Communications, AT&T, University of Pheonix and Richmond American homes.
